Watcher Wally is the main character of the puppet show Welcome Home. He has eyes floating around his head, known as Viewers, that he can communicate with freely. He talks to them and asks them for advice often, and they can hypnotize people if he gets frightened or upset.

Caring, Ruthless, Anxious, Elegant. 

Wally is a professional ballet dancer. He is very sassy and cold when he needs to, he loves to banter and tease, and he tends to be rude to his dancer coworkers. He has small wings on his back and ear wings, and refuses to let anyone touch them unless he trusts them immensely. He is incredibly close to a contemporary dancer named Frank, who is often rude but caring.
