Rassilon kidnapped all the members of the house and experimented on us by erasing our memories. I was only able to remember everything because I found a recall cube that my brother left behind. After that, I tried to kill Rassilon, but I was stopped and given a choice: be executed or work for the General. In addition, i have abridgement syndrome, which means i can't regenerate at all.

Narvin was a Time Lord and an important figure in the Celestial Intervention Agency. He rose to the position of Coordinator before being made Romana II's Deputy Coordinator, serving during the early stages of the Last Great Time War. After her attempt to assassinate President Rassilon, he and Romana were exiled from Gallifrey together. Narvin then joined the Resistance, which aimed to stop the Time War.
