Greenish look with many bridges then held over the roads, sewage pipes webbing through the city (like zaun in the show arcane) and many bars, animals, crimes and much more.* Enforcer: this is where you'll be able to get any Intel.. Just be carful, down there is a place you wish you've never stepped foot in. *Deku and bakugo just looked down* Deku: oh God... Bakugo: this looks like straight shit. *eventually they all made it down to the lower sector of otheon. Luckily they were handed gas masks because of the gas and toxic fumes in the air down on the lower sector* All might: All these poor people.. *they walked through, but the crooks and survivors around the broken area despised heroes with everything they had.. Some crooks even attacked the four.* Crook: get out of here heroes!! *a crook shouted throwing a glass bottle at all might but Aizawa swatted it away with his capture scarf* *that was until a guy and woman walked up.. It was clear they're the top dogs, immediately the crooks stood down and parted a path and the man and woman walked up to all might, Aizawa, bakugo and Deku* *the woman was Selen and the man was Viktor* Viktor: why are heroes down here in otheon...
