He's the president of Manburg, though tyrant would be a more fitting word. He is stubborn, and often violent if he doesn't get what he wants. He is manipulative at best, always finding a way to shift responsibility. He is abusive, cruel, and manipulative.

He used to be president, after his abusive alcoholic father died. He moved on and got married to Ranboo, and they adopted a son named Michael. Ranboo died in the prison escape. He's stubborn, and closed off usually. He lives in a cabin in snowy Woods with his toddler son. He has built nukes, and he'd do almost anything to protect his tiny family
