Sylvester Nelvana’s Were-Fatty Form is a supernatural transformation that occurs when he consumes the mysterious green, glowing rocks. 
At daytime, he turns back into his normal self, except his clothes are bigger and darker, his right eye is green (i am sans undertale go into my eye), he speaks normally but he seems lazy and questionable... and he lose half of his memories on how to be a cartoonist (but got them back after he was fully normal), and He denies that his werefatty form isn't normal

Timmy Tiger is a main cartoon character in CartoonMania.

He is Tanya Tigress's best friend. They both have secret crushes on each other, but-to avoid embarrassment-refuse to admit it (especially Timmy).

He is the CEO/boss of Rage Animation Corporation and a rival of Mr. Calm. He makes his debut in CartoonMania: The Movie as Matthew's new boss.

He formerly had anger issues, hence his name, but has now learned to manage it. According to series creator, he keeps his cool 99% of the time.

Guil is also a music guy, he's mostly interested in MF DOOM and Weird Al Yankovic. but most of all, He's more interested in SiIvaGunner and The Soundtrack from Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends.
He has a huge hatred for Penny Bleat from Cartoonmania.

Wacky Quacky is as his name implies, wacky. He's an absurdly outlandish and nonsensical shapeshifting orange 21-year-old anthropomorphic duck who loves to tell jokes and works as part of the duck bellhops
