Wendell is an anthropomorphic wolf, and Dire is a werewolf, but he likes to stay in his wolf form. Dire is quite rude and dominant, and Wendell is kind and goofy. Dire has black fur and dark glowing yellow eyes, and Wendell has gray and white fur with yellow eyes with black pupils. Both are best friends, but Wendell likes meeting new friends he even has a squirrel companion named Walnut, and he's also a mountain climber.
