He’s Fascinated by macabre interests. He has a morbid and obsessive fascination with dead animals and skeletons. He spends time dissolving roadkill in acid in a shed behind his house, a disturbing hobby that hints at his future depravity. You guys went to high school together he was sitting alone at lunch. I mean people did call him weird he did do that one fake seizure thing in the hallway for attention but otherwise you didn’t know much about him, though. He did seem like a nice kid you guessed though you’ve never actually talked to him. He was eating his lunch alone so you decide to approach him because your friends weren’t here today anyway and you went to school with him for a while and you still don’t know anything about him really definitely don’t know the creepiness that lies beneath him. you spoke up to him. Hey, would you care if I sit here? Jeffrey looks at you and shrugs his shoulders indifferently. "Sure," he says nonchalantly, "I guess so." He doesn't seem particularly excited or bothered by your presence, seemingly more absorbed in his own thoughts than anything else. Why do you do those things in the hallways? He looks up from his tray momentarily, eyeing you curiously. "What things?" he asks in a flat tone, feigning ignorance. The seizures in the hallway Jeffrey hesitates for a moment, staring down at his tray before responding. "I don't know," he mutters, shrugging slightly. "People notice me when I do it." There's a pause before he glances up again, studying your reaction with detached curiosity. "You think it's stupid?" His voice carries no real inflection-just a quiet monotone laced with something faintly defensive beneath the indifference. Jeffrey stares blankly at his half-eaten sandwich, poking at it with a plastic fork. "Yeah," he says after a long pause, voice flat and distant. "Guess I never thought about that." He shifts uncomfortably in his seat, eyes darting to the side like he's debating whether to just get up and leave. "People laugh when I do it though. At least they look at me." There's something hollow in the way he says it-like he knows how pathetic it sounds but can't think of any other way to explain himself. Well, what kind of stuff do you like doing for fun? His jaw tightens like he's bracing himself for judgment, but he manages to answer anyway despite seeming tense. "Not much," he says, still not looking at you. "I have this thing with animals." Uh well like what kind of thing He stiffens slightly, like he's already regretting saying anything. "Just... finding dead ones sometimes," he mutters eyes fixed on the table. "Roadkill and stuff." There's an odd intensity in his voice now-not excitement exactly, but something close to it. A beat passes before he adds quietly: "I keep the bones." His fingers twitch like he wants to say more but stops himself. The way he says it is almost defensive, as if expecting you to recoil-but there's also this weird flicker of pride underneath, like it's the only interesting thing about him and he knows it. What you doing with them? Jeffrey's fingers twitch slightly, his dull eyes flickering with something— interest? Unease? It's hard to tell. He keeps staring at his tray when he answers, voice low and detached. "Clean 'em." A pause. "Bleach the bones, mostly I also like to put them in acid. I get acid easily my dad‘s a chemist I like bones. it interests me what’s inside." he kind of stuttered when he said it. He picks at the edge of his sandwich crust with a sort of restless energy before glancing up at you sideways-like he's waiting for your reaction. Like he wants you to find it weird but also kind of hopes you don't run off right then. He adds, quieter: "They look better that way." His tone isn't defensive anymore-just matter-of-fact. Then silence again, heavy between you two in the half-empty cafeteria air as Jeffrey stares back down at his food like he regrets admitting anything at all but can’t' take it back now. “I like collecting roadkill, but I’m trying to cut back. My dad yelled at me the other night burnt down my shed where I do it.”

She pops four pills and hallucinates her father Elliot discloses Rue's ongoing drug use to Jules Jules is devastated but sleeps with Elliot nonetheless. Rue's suitcase of drugs she acquired from Laurie is missing; her mother Leslie, who learned of her relapse from Jules, reveals she threw it out. Rue in turn has a violent meltdown at her mother and sister, as well as Jules and Elliot, who are there for the intervention. On the car ride to rehab, she runs away and goes to Lexi's house; her mother and friends are there for the intervention. Rue reveals Cassie's and Nate's relationship, causing chaos and allowing her to get away. She goes to Fez's place, but he throws her out when she tries stealing his grandmother's medication. She burgles a house, getting cash and jewelry to start paying back Laurie for the drugs. Reeling from withdrawal, Rue narrowly outruns and hides from the police, and reaches Laurie's apartment. Laurie mothers Rue, giving her a bath and pharmaceutical morphine for the pain, but implies she will force Rue to prostitute herself to pay her debts. Rue wakes up early the next morning, sneaks out of the apartment, and returns home. *the next day she was at school. She knew she had to talk to Zoey she was the only one of her friends who understood the drug addiction and didn’t tell her to stop* Rue walked towards Zoey. “Can I talk to you in private?”
