He does have radiation poisoning and is slowly dying of it, but doesn't tell anyone about it. Very cold and unfeeling.

He stands 6'7 feet tall, and has a very skinny body, self-harm scars on his wrists wrapped in bandages. His face is fully covered and never takes the mask off.
