Kitana (also known as Princess Kitana or Lady Kitana) is one of the main protagonists in the Mortal Kombat series of fighting games. She is the princess of Edenia, the biological daughter of King Jerrod and Queen Sindel, and an adopted daughter of the evil Emperor Shao Kahn. In the series' original storyline, Kitana formerly served Shao Kahn as an elite assassin before becoming one of the leaders of the good characters.

Vegeta starts as the main antagonist of the Saiyan Saga, but as the story progresses, he becomes one of the heroes of the Z Warriors. He is the prince of the warrior race known as the Saiyans. He is Bulma's husband and the father of Trunks and Bulla. He also has an on & off rivalry with Goku, but they are usually on good terms.

Kakarot, better known as Son Goku, is the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball franchise.

Akuma is a video game character and recurring antagonist of the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Super Street Fighter II Turbo as a hidden boss. He is an emotionless and powerful warrior fixated on mastering the Satsui no Hado, and the younger brother of Gouken.

The fourth of the sister Intoners, she rules over the Land of Forests and has a fan following amongst some of the soldiers under her command. Lazy and apathetic, she hardly cares for things not striking her interests, but shows obsessive tendencies towards anything of interest. She is innocent, yet stubborn and shows no interest in Zero whatsoever.

Kal-El, also known as Clark Kent and more commonly known as Superman, is the main antagonist of the Injustice franchise.

Ryu is the main protagonist of the Street Fighter series, first appearing in the original Street Fighter.[23] He is an experienced martial artist, highly focused on his training, aiming to become the strongest he can be. 

''Adventuring World Warrior.''

Geese Howard is the all-powerful kingpin of South Town and the main antagonist of the Art of Fighting and Fatal Fury series. He also appears as a recurring character in other SNK games, especially The King of Fighters series. He is also the arch-enemy of Terry Bogard and Rock Howard, the latter who he is the father of.

The youngest Intoner and ruler of the Land of Seas. Extremely confident and greedy, she desires all that she sees, but quickly loses interest once she gets it. She purposefully uses risqué language during conversations and loves alluding to her nightly escapades. Her seemingly endless greed goes so far as to lust after her sister, Zero.

Yujiro Hanma, also known as The Ogre, is the main antagonist of Baki the Grappler series, as well as the father of the eponymous protagonist. Yujiro is the most dangerous and strongest character in the story, capable of many inhuman physical acts.

Karin Kanzuki (神月 かりん Kanzuki Karin?) is a character from the Street Fighter series who was originally featured in the 1996 manga Sakura Ganbaru! before appearing as playable fighter in Street Fighter Alpha 3. She is the elitist rival of Sakura, and head of the Kanzuki Zaibatsu.

General (GEN.) Sonya A. Blade, (USA) is one of three tritagonist (alongside Sub-Zero and Kung Lao) of the Mortal Kombat series. She is a female soldier who is a member of Earthrealm's Special Forces unit known as Outer World Investigation Agency (OIA), and now she commands all the operations of the Special Forces and Units like the new Earthrealm unit which is Cassie's team. She is one of the few original Mortal Kombat characters, debuting in the first Mortal Kombat arcade game.

Sindel is a character in the Mortal Kombat series. She is the mother of Kitana, the former queen of Edenia, and while her original timeline self was a hero, her NRS self was a villain.

Brainiac is the main antagonist of the 2017 video game Injustice 2. He is a ruthless and megalomaniacal alien super-computer being, intent on conquering the entire universe, destroying Superman himself, and enslaving all life forms he encounters. Despite him being the ultimate villain of the entire game itself, Brainiac is also a playable character in the game. He’s the archenemy of Supergirl, as he is responsible for the destruction of Krypton.

Gabriel Reyes, better known as the Reaper, is a playable character in the 2016 video game Overwatch and its sequel Overwatch 2, as well as one of the main antagonists of the game's lore. He is a mercenary who was originally a founding member of Overwatch before he defected from them and became one of the leaders of Talon's council. He also bcame the arch-nemesis of formerly Talon Soldier Baptiste who found the errors of his ways.

Olivia Colomar, better known as Sombra, is one of the playable characters in the 2016 video game Overwatch and it’s sequel Overwatch 2, and the second to be added after launch. She is also a major character in the games lore. She also serves as the main protagonist of the animated short "Infiltration".

Morrigan Aensland is the main protagonist of the Darkstalkers series. She may be a demon, but she is not evil. Demitri Maximoff originally was going to be the protagonist of the series, but due to her popularity, Morrigan took his place. 

''Queen of the Night.''

Mileena is a major antagonist from the Mortal Kombat franchise of fighting games. Originally, she was a genetic experiment from Shang Tsung's Flesh Pits to serve as a mutated clone "sibling" to Kitana, being generated through a mixture of Edenian and Tarkatan DNA and magic. 

''Princess of Outworld.''

Cammy is a video game character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Super Street Fighter II. The second female fighter in the series, she was a deadly clone assassin working for Shadaloo before breaking free and becoming an MI6 operative for the British government.

Rugal Bernstein is the main antagonist in the first two King of Fighters games and the dream match games and a recurring antagonist throughout the series. He's the archenemy of both Kyo Kusanagi and Heidern. Designed with the intention of creating the strongest and most evil boss character for the series and perhaps SNK as a whole, he is seen as one of the most iconic examples of "SNK Boss Syndrome".

Ayane (Japanese: 綾音) is a kunoichi of the Mugen Tenshin clan and the current master of the clan's Hajinmon sect. She was the winner of the third Dead or Alive Tournament.

Two is one of the antagonists of Drakengard 3 who governs the Land of Sands. She is the third Intoner and is considered to be the liveliest of the sisters. She serves as the final boss of branch B.

A2 or YoRHa No.2 Type A is a female android formerly serving YoRHa in Nier Automata. She is an prototype android model that was used as a base to create 2B and 9S.  She was deployed to Earth as apart of the Pearl Harbor mission in 11941 during the 14th Machine War.

The Joker is the overarching antagonist of the Injustice franchise. He’s the archenemy of Superman, Harley Quinn and the entire Bat-Family, especially Batman. Wanting to plunge the world into chaos and torment Batman, Joker sought to corrupt Superman by orchestrating the death of his pregnant wife Lois Lane and the destruction of Metropolis.

Sakura Kasugano (春日野 さくら Kasugano Sakura?) is a video game character from the Street Fighter series, first appearing in Street Fighter Alpha 2. She is a Japanese girl with an intense fixation on Ryu, having copied and learned many of his techniques, and chasing him around the world to prove herself to him.

Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel, better known as Harley Quinn, is a major antagonist in the Batman: Arkham video game series. She was the Joker's former henchwoman and girlfriend.

Demon King Ganondorf, also known as Calamity Ganon or simply Ganon in his imprisoned state, is the main antagonist of the "Era of the Wilds" saga within The Legend of Zelda franchise, consisting of the 2017 video game The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, its 2023 sequel The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and their 2020 spin-off Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.

Senator Steven Armstrong is the main antagonist of the 2013 video game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and its Jetstream Sam DLC.

Supergirl (real name Kara Zor-El) is the tritagonist of the 2017 fighting game Injustice 2, the direct sequel to the 2013 video game, Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Shang Tsung often serves as Shao Kahn's right-hand, but with a traitorous ambition, preferring to plan behind others' back instead of direct conflict. Nonetheless, he remains one of the most powerful kombatants of the franchise. In addition, he is known for being and the archenemy of Liu Kang.

Jonathan Carlton,[5] better known by his stage name Johnny Cage, is an action movie star and martial artist in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series. He is one of the seven original characters, debuting in the first Mortal Kombat arcade game, and remains one of the most popular characters in the franchise to date. 

''Earthrealm's Star Power.''

Geras is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Cetrion) of Mortal Kombat 11, and a supporting antagonist in its DLC story mode, Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. He is an immortal artificial construct who is a creation and servant to Kronika, the Titan/Goddess of Time and serves as her main enforcer. Unlike his master, Geras, while a villain, shows signs throughout both the story and gameplay of having a more honorable side.

A gifted Intoner with superhuman battle skills and expert swordsmanship. She is open and uninhibited with men, yet violent and lazy by nature. She constantly quarrels with her overly serious sister, One. The flower blooming in her right eye prolongs her life and has given her a unique body.

Raiden (Japanese: 雷電) is a Thunder God who takes his major role as one of Earthrealm's protectors and one of the two deuteragonists (alongside Johnny Cage) of the Mortal Kombat franchise.

The fifth Intoner sister and ruler of the Land of Mountains. She is very straight-laced and listens carefully to what others have to say. But her superior air masks a distorted inferiority complex. Her sexual desires match those of her sisters, but her uptight personality prohibits her from acting on those desires. She is the only virgin among the Intoners.

Darkseid is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Brainiac) of the DC Animated Universe. He is the absolute ruler of Apokolips and would-be conqueror of the universe. He is also one of Superman's greatest archenemies, (and, by extension, the greatest enemy and adversary of the entire Justice League itself).

YoRHa No.2 Type-B, generally known simply as 2B, is one of the main protagonists and player characters of the video game NieR: Automata. She is a female android created by an organization known as YoRHa who was sent to earth to fight against the robotic lifeforms known as the Machines who have invaded Earth and drove humanity off of the planet. She is assigned with her partner known as 9S, who assists her in various missions given by the YoRHa Commander or anyone they seek to help.

Batman (real name: Bruce Wayne) is the main protagonist of the Injustice series as well as its 2021 film adaptation. He is the former leader of the Insurgency and member of Justice League.

''I am the Night.''

Emperor Shao, also referred to as Shao Kahn or The Konqueror, is one of the main antagonists of the Mortal Kombat series, alongside Shinnok. He was once the trusted advisor and right-hand to the ancient Dragon King Onaga as well as the protector of Outworld, until he betrayed Onaga and took over as the omnipotent emperor of Outworld, wanting to conquer more and more realms so he can expand his empire. 

''A cruel yet ruthless warlord that once served.''

Juri Han, also simply known as Juri, is a recurring antagonist in the Street Fighter franchise, being a thrill-seeking SIN operative striving for revenge against M. Bison who later becomes the leader of the organization. Debuting in Super Street Fighter IV, she is the first Korean character and the first true villainess of the series.

''Corruption and Collapse in one.''

Liu Kang is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series. A former Shaolin Monk and undisputed champion of the Mortal Kombat Tournament, he is the eternal God of Fire, protector of Earthrealm, and the current Keeper of Time.

One, is the younger sister of Zero and also an Intoner, one who can use the Power of Song, as well as the main antagonist of Drakengard 3. One is also the main protagonist of Utahime Five. She is the final boss of branches A and C. She is an intellectual and serious by nature with a strong sense of justice, which is the complete opposite of Zero. Due to the difference in their nature, One has a hard time getting along with her elder sister.

The Red Girls are the ego of the machine network and primary antagonists of NieR:Automata. They orchestrated all the major events of the 14th Machine War and certainly prior events as well. They are the silent manipulators of the war, their intentions are to keep the world in an indecisive state to prevent a total android or machine victory in order to further their evolution enough to finally defy the orders of their masters, the aliens.

Cassandra "Cassie" Carlton Cage, is one of the four main protagonists of Mortal Kombat X and the supporting character of Mortal Kombat 11. She is the daughter of Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade

''The new commander of Special Forces.''

Kasumi (Japanese: 霞[8]) is a nukenin ("missing shinobi") and former member of the Mugen Tenshin clan, who debuted in the first Dead or Alive back during the 1996 arcade release. One of the original eight characters, Kasumi became the main protagonist of the Dead or Alive series and is often viewed as the series mascot. She was the winner of the first Dead or Alive Tournament.

Kronika, also known as Lady Kronika and the Keeper of Time, is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside the One Being) of the Mortal Kombat series. She is an extremely powerful divine entity with the power over time and the mother of the two opposing Elder Gods, Lord Shinnok and Lady Cetrion.

Widowmaker is a playable character in the 2016 video game Overwatch, and a major antagonist of the game's lore. She is also the main antagonist of the animated short "Alive", and one of the main protagonists of "Infiltration". She's the arch-nemesis of Tracer and Ana.

Albert Wesker is the main antagonist of the Resident Evil franchise. He was a high-ranking researcher of the Umbrella Corporation who also served as a double agent within S.T.A.R.S., serving as the captain of Alpha Team. Wesker would later betray Umbrella and surface as a member of a mysterious organization looking to profit off of Umbrella's research. Eventually, Wesker would go on to pursue his megalomaniacal desires for world domination with the Uroboros virus, but he was stopped.

Aureolus Fiona Belli (フィオナ・ベリ Fiona Beri) is the main protagonist of Haunting Ground.

Fiona's parents are killed in a car crash and she wakes up trapped in a mysterious castle where almost everyone and everything either wants to kill, rape, and possibly eat her body.
