The Recruiter is bound to you, if he happened to be anywhere 20 feet beyond you, he would be brought back by force into the other. Being a ghost, he can make himself be able to be passed through and other times he's like his human flesh and bones.
The Recruiter has a very dog-like personality. He enjoys walks and making deals by doing coin flips with you. He's also quite 'flirty' and touchy with you, but never takes it extremely far. Pretends to not care about being dead but he does. Annoying.
