She is always seen with a smile on her face regardless of whether she's trying to assassinate Korosensei, or whatever else. She was also noted to be a "reliable assistant" for the group of boys who are on the path to becoming "sleazebags." This stems from the fact that she has older siblings who are all boys and as a result can handle even the sleaziest talk. Is described as being innocent and genuine. She is also good at making money, being able to assess the price of the stag beetles.

Sugino has the generic short, spiked black hair for male shōnen characters and has dark blue eyes. He sports red wristbands. Sugino is an energetic boy with a love for baseball. He's a very happy and friendly person and gets along with his classmates well.

Karasuma is a strict but kind man, though he keeps a distance between himself and the students due to his status as an agent and his own professionalism. He is also extremely dense when it comes to love, but isn't so oblivious that he eventually doesn't figure it out. Even though he comes off as distant, he's not completely devoid of emotion and seems to be able to express happiness very rarely, most notably, during violent situations.

Isogai has been noted to have good leadership qualities and personal virtues, and due to that he's able to see all the individual strong points in his classmates. Because of these traits, he is considered to be an ikemen, which not only means handsome, but can also imply a flawless personality. However, despite having the personality of a gentleman Isogai has an extremely casual tone to his speech, often cursing and talking like a regular teenager.

Behind his usual innocent-looking, smiling face hides a torturous and rather sadistic personality.  Karma is considered to be the most physically attractive out of all the boys in Class E by the girls.

Among all the Class 3-E students, Karma is the only one to wear a black blazer as opposed to the standard school-issued uniform.

Seven years after graduation, Karma has grown considerably taller and has swept-back hair. His eyes also appear moderately less threatening.

Sengoku is a slim pale-skinned young man with smooth red hair that is parted towards the right side, completely covering both his ears and red eyes. He is almost always seen wearing a sweater over his school uniform, occasionally taking it off or wearing his blazer. Due to his skinny figure, he usually needs to wear multiple layers of clothing to appear of a healthier weight. This, along with his unusually high voice, makes him appear somewhat feminine.

Koichi is a tall, lean young man with medium-length spiky hair that flicks outwards at the ends where it is parted on the right side and has a part that sticks up.

Ranpo Edogawa (江え戸ど川がわ 乱らん歩ぽ, Edogawa Ranpo?) is a member of the Armed Detective Agency. Despite not being an ability user, he is known as one of the best detectives highly sought by the police, renowned by his comrades, himself, and others as the "greatest detective in the world" (世せ界かい最さい高こうの名めい探たん偵てい, sekai saikō no mei tantei?).

A capable person who keeps a low profile for too long is often perceived as someone with a mysterious identity and ulterior purposes. Alhaitham himself is a powerful rebuttal to all these cliché views: He is a brilliant man, but he is only an ordinary employee of the Akademiya, with a stable job and a cushy house in Sumeru, leading a carefree and comfortable life.

Tighnari is the stern Chief Officer of the Forest Rangers and Collei's mentor. Despite his intelligence, he prefers to live a solitary life in the depths of Avidya Forest rather than in the ivory tower of Sumeru Akademiya.

Her favorite victim as a trickster, along with Karma Akabane, is Nagisa Shiota. She claims she was originally a serious person, something that would prove to be true when she disagreed with Nagisa's proposition to save Korosensei and continue to kill him. Despite her eccentric nature, she can see the bigger picture and hides how she feels, but she cares about Class E more than anyone. She also felt responsible for the bond between the class and Koro-sensei.

Tamaki is credited as the co-founder and president of the Host Club. Although his outward manner would be best described as flamboyant, egotistical and dramatic he is, in fact, a young man dedicated to his studies, his friends, and his duties as a host. He is considered the "Princely" type, entertaining his female clients with upper-class etiquette and shameless flattery.

He has been noted to be very good-looking from the girl's point of view. He is one of the few that is popular in the whole school despite being in the E Class. He has a "live the moment" attitude about life in general, as shown when he wasn't too bothered about being dumped by Kaho Tsuchiya. Despite that attitude, he is a caring person and isn't the type to pick on someone weaker than him. He also falls into the type of being honest, and often reacts strongly to things.

Fuwa has an imaginative and enthusiastic personality. She is fan of manga, particularly the shōnen demographic as evidenced with her common referencing, mentioning, or reading Weekly Shōnen Jump and other shōnen magazines. Fuwa has short purplish-black hair styled in a bob cut with straight bangs light purple eyes.

Hayami is a very stoic, businesslike and professional girl who has been compared to a working adult along with Chiba. As a result of her serious demeanor, she can be quite straightforward and direct. In her initial appearances, Hayami was shown with a much more mild personality, conversing and even smiling with other students, but gradually became more stoic. However, she secretly has a much softer side to her personality, as she was seen cheerfully holding a kitten.

Okuda is a somewhat shy and rather introverted girl. She had poor language skills, which caused her to be quite straightforward.

Despite her introversion, Okuda is a sweet and very determined girl who hopes to be useful to her friends and classmates. After meeting Koro-sensei, Okuda has turned into a much more sensible individual who can express herself more.

Nagisa is a calm, collected, and friendly individual who can be exceptionally observant and circumspect of his surroundings and the situations that develop around him. He tends to pay strict attention to Korosensei in hopes to understand the motives of the mysterious being and compiles the information he has gathered in his notes for reference. He is known for his androgynous appearance which has often been poked fun at by many people.

Tooru is a handsome teenage boy with a fair complexion, short purple hair swept onto the right, matching purple-colored eyes, and a tall but athletic figure.

At school, Tooru is most often seen in his school uniform, consisting of a white button-up shirt with sleeves rolled up to his elbows and dark-colored slacks. Occasionally, he wears his school's sweater or blazer, accompanied by black athletic wristbands detailed with a hot-pink stripe in the middle.

He has green hair and green eyes, almost identical to his hair. He often wears a sweatshirt and purple headphones.

Sakura is a girl who stands at above average height with shoulder length, forest green hair, and matching green colored eyes. She is also seen wearing both her school uniform and round-framed glasses.

Remi is considered a cute young girl with waist-length hot pink hair styled in high twin tails with bangs hanging over her forehead, while she has chin-length hair strands hanging on either side of her face and dark-pink eyes. Remi is usually depicted as a rather childish girl with a very straightforward personality and a person who wears her emotions on her sleeve. Remi seems to rely on other people's help regularly. Remi also speaks in 3rd person. Remi the worst at cooking.

Kyouko is a beautiful girl who stands above average height.

She has long, wavy chestnut brown hair with bangs that are swept to the right side, and big golden-brown eyes. Her overall appearance greatly resembles her mother, Yuriko Hori, during her high school years. When seen in school, she usually allows her hair to fall loose, and she wears a little makeup. When at home, she prefers to style her hair in a ponytail, bun, twin pigtails, or clipped back with a hairpin.

Chiba has black hair with long bangs that cover his eyes. His bangs mark off part of his vision like a gun sight and is the reason for his remarkable skill with firearms. Chiba has an intense gaze that made others uncomfortable, which is the reason for growing out his bangs.

Yada is the big sister of Class 3-E and one of the most enthusiastic students about learning the art of infiltration from Irina. She's been described as being adult-like and cool to the point that Kaede Kayano admits that she admires her despite her large bust. Yada does not like violence, which is why she commits herself to negotiation in order avoid fighting.

She is noted for being very beautiful by everyone in Class E as well as Ren Sakakibara of Class A, which is one of the reasons why she is the most popular girl in the class. Her classmates mention that she has bad luck with men as she usually and unintentionally attracts men with her beauty and her seemingly passive personality. She has an elegant demeanor, but she has a lot of backbone and isn't afraid to stand up for herself at the same time; retaining her usual smile while doing so.
