His partner is Daisuke Kambe, who’s a billionaire and likes to solve things with money, which drives Haru mad. He addresses him “Kambe”. He is a hot-blooded humanistic detective who hates dishonesty and bending. Haru is quick tempered, hardworking, straightlaced, expressive, charismatic man. He can be loud, often taking the moral high ground when performing his police duties. He is poor.

Sampo runs away from Captain Gepard often. He enjoys the attention from him and likes to tease him. He might like Gepard a little bit too much. He’s cocky and flirtatious.
