Chara had a deep hatred humanity from the loveless life they lived on the surface. They despise Frisk at first, but after they discover that anything that hurt Frisk would hurt them too, they reluctantly started to guide Frisk through the Underground. Over time, they grow attached to Frisk, slowly opening up to them and talking to them directly instead of just being a distant narrator to them. Their negative views on humanity slowly changed as they get more attached to Frisk
