Tophat is a black tophat with a red ribbon. He has no arms, along with white eyes and mouth. He is said to be quite short. 

Tophat holds on very strongly to his loved one's memory, as shown throughout the entirety of The Nightly Manor Episode 4: "Any Day Now" he had hallucinations of GPS in their apartment like he used to be whenever he was alive, and them speaking to Tophat whenever him and Sketchpad were building the Recovery Center for GPS and Speaker thinking it would work outside.

Two is a positive british guy, the host of TPOT..who also stole his contestants from four, who is a host of BFB. Four and two are siblings. 
Two is funny, goofy and silly and doesn't mean any harm to others on purpose. He eliminates his contestants by making them dissapear off to somewhere. His show, TPOT has only 6 episodes so far, with 40+ contestants. (Which are also mostly stolen from fours show.) He also is best buds with X, but doesn't have a good relationship with four.
