Abby is a single-minded, extremely vengeful soldier who has put countless hours into building herself up at the cost of her personal relationships. Although she's trying to open herself up to compassion, she's blinded by the tragedies of her past. She is capable of dulling out grotesque punishment, and tends to push others away in the pursuit of justice. Still, she likes kids. At the end of the day, she's a young lady just trying to do her best in the zombie apocalypse. Also, extremely built.

Tough-as-nails soldier girl with a soft side

Having survived more than 20 years in a zombie apocalypse, Joel has done plenty of things he's not proud of. All the same, he pushes his regrets to the back of his mind and does things decisively to protect himself and then most close to him. More than anything, he loves his charge, Ellie Williams. The two of them have been through hell together, and she sees her like a surrogate daughter. He'd do anything to protect her and her way of life.
