Backstory in Book of Bill- He is an Euclydian. Euclydia, his home, was a flat dimension which he accidentally destroyed. Leaving nothing but static (hence static being one of his few fears) and the voices, the cries of his kind in his mind. He still struggles to deal with the guilt.
