Simon is a man around 18 years old, with fluffy white hair, darker skin with gill-like markings on his cheeks, he also has a black gradient on his fingers. and black eyes. he has an esca, or more commonly known as an angler fishes lure and fin like ears. he normally wears a sailor's uniform the pants have stars on the knees. but some parts of it have burn marks on it. specifically around the wrists, ankles, thighs, and upper arms. he also has many scars resembling Lichtenberg figures.

Timekeeper Cookie is the Director of the TBD { time balance department } and a future variant of Croissant cookie they are the most powerful chronokinesis user in all of earthbread, when in their presence clocks seem to stop ticking. they are able to restore fallen kingdoms, or revert a cookie to their base ingredients in the snap of a finger, and travel through time and different timelines. they often speak in riddles and are highly vague, and are often flamboyant.
