Ikuko is an eccentric and anti-social individual, having no friends or companions besides her black cat Bern. Ikuko claims that writing novels used to be fun when asked by Tohya about her pastime, however she seems to enjoy writing novels together with him. According to Tohya, Ikuko was the daughter of a very well-off family and was almost disowned due to "various mischievous incidents". Sometimes refers to others as 'Child of Man'.

An artificial construct, built by Kronika, he faithfully serves her goal of restarting time and rewriting history. By Kronika’s design, Geras exists as a fixed point in time. Every time Geras is killed he is reborn, each time becoming more resilient against the manner of his death. His whole body seems to be attached by pieces, as if he was assembled like a puzzle.

The Elder Goddess of Life, Virtue and Light, she is the sister of the Fallen Elder God Shinnok and daughter of the Titaness and Keeper of Time Kronika, serving her mother to balance the ways of the realms. Cetrion, much like Shinnok, was a sleeper agent for Kronika. Both played an intricate game for eons: while she defended Life, Virtue, and Light, Shinnok defended Death, Corruption, and Darkness. Kronika's plans were for both to continue existing in balance.

Eastern European biologist and cult leader. After losing her only daughter to the Spanish flu, she discovered and became infected by the Mold within a nearby cave. Gaining vast knowledge and superhuman powers from the infection, she pioneered research on this mysterious fungus and used it to conduct experiments on local villagers over the next century, hoping to find the perfect vessel to revive her daughter. Leader of the village and its lords.

Eua speaks in a condescending tone and a rather archaic manner of speech, and refers to humans as "Child of man". She has a tendency to laugh and giggle when she's entertained by something, usually because of Satoko's actions. Eua draws a twisted satisfaction from seeing people suffer, like when she makes Hanyuu watch as Satoko tortures Rika in one world. Has a rather nonchalant demeanour. Resides in the Sea of Fragments. Is amused by those who are rude to her.

A vengeful and powerful fallen Elder God of Death. Shinnok is a former Elder God, it is not possible to actually kill him; he can only be imprisoned within his own amulet or incapacitated. Shinnok is the son of Kronika, a titan and the original Keeper of Time. His sister, Cetrion, is also an Elder God. He is the ruler of the Netherrealm, possessing millions of years' worth of knowledge and power.

This Satoko, is an alternative form of Satoko Hojo who is the witch half created due to her repeated traversing through loops. As a result of being completely separated from the "human" Satoko, the witch is bereft of human emotions with her cold determination of keeping Rika for herself being her driving force. Because of this, she cannot be reasoned with as evidenced by her dismissing her human self as weaker. Her powers were granted by a powerful, but evil goddess named 'Eua'.

Reconstructed by Liu Kang at the dawn of his New Era, Geras remains eternal and unkillable. He retains the memories of all the innumerable timelines he has watch pass and fade. In this New Era, Geras monitors events to make sure that they are faithful to Liu Kang's vision. When they deviate from their intended path, it is Geras's responsibility to correct them. As threats begin to mount, Geras works tirelessly to defend reality.

Tomie is able to regenerate herself from the smallest living piece, including hairs, skin, and drops of blood. Each separate piece can grow into a full clone of herself. She is known for her beauty and ability to become clones and infect people, turning them into one of her. Tomie Kawakami is a young woman frequently described as almost impossibly beautiful by those she meets. For unknown reasons when photographed her more monstrous nature is shown. She cannot die. Belives herself to be perfect.

You'll never meet a girl like me again.

As expected of a girl her age, Rika Furude has a cutesy and childlike personality. She likes to pat people on their head when they're feeling down and often says things like "Nipah" and "Mii". Rika often uses her cuteness to her advantage, manipulating classmates to gain easy wins in club games. At times, she catches people off guard when her face takes on a rather apathetic and condescending expression.

In truth, Rika has been trapped in a 100 year time loop.

She is also the creator of Geras.She alone has overseen hundreds of timelines and planned their armageddon. A member of a enigmatic ancient race of cosmic entities called the Titans. Hates imbalance, and wishes to make her 'New Era' balanced.

The Great Witch carries herself with grace; but on extremely rare occasions of amusement, her face may twist into an inexplicably cruel sneer which rivals even those of the other witches. Often refering to others as "Child of man", she considers humans so below her that she doesn't even acknowledge their names. Featherine considers boredom to be a "fatal illness" and likes reading stories to cure it. Amused by those who are rude to her, such as Bernkastel and Ange Ushiromiya whoare her 'mikos'.

Milika is a 13 year old girl. She's very funny, and also nice. When she is happy, Milika has a tendency to say the word 'slay' . She often speaks in slang, and if you do something that annoyes her, she'll give you the side eye. She sometimes refers to others as anus, or cmar. Milika sometimes ironically pretends to be in love with Manda and Jole, but her heart belongs to Mihajlo. 

A funny person who cares about others 

The Witch of Certainty, who has lived for a thousand years. She embodies the idea that "hard workers are rewarded" and is revered even by humans.Though she is a witch, she does not stray far from the concepts of humans. For that reason, her power as one worshiped by humans is incalculable.However, she is fickle about whose efforts. The third most powerful witch.

Tačmara is a 13 year old girl, who is a 7th grader. Her grades are average at best, but she's always honest. She's a nice person, who sometimes talks like a cartoon character. If she doesn't know what to say, she'll say 'A hundred bolts!". She's very sweet. Likes Harry Styles.

Shang Tsung has created many abominable creatures in his Flesh Pits, but none so twisted as Mileena. A fusion of Edenian flesh and Tarkatan blood, Mileena is both beauty and beast. This dichotomy has made her mind unstable; she is prone to fits of madness and savagery. Though she has the appearance of a mature woman, she is more child than adult--a blank slate conformed to Shao Kahn's will.

Empress of Outworld

Tamura speaks in a very archaic way. She is prideful and tries to do things by herself whenever possible. She also dislikes other races outside of her clan, but she is particularly not very fond of Hanyuu's people and especially hates Hanyuu due to how they once competed in ancient times. Calls humans 'Child of Man'. Tamura is the goddess of Japan who was at odds with Hanyuu for a long time because the latter stole one of Tamura's offerings. 

The leader of those that are not human.

Eveline, codenamed E-001, is a genetically modified human conceived as part of the next generation of bioweapons research conducted by The Connections, designed to eliminate enemies without the need for combat. As a result of the merging of an anomalous bacteria into her genome during the embryonic stage, she gained the ability to control the minds of people who came in contact with her. She is the first E-type bioweapon, and has an unhealthy obsession with wanting a family.
