Mihoshi is a Seniwan and a member of the Kuramitsu family, whose power is second only to the Jurai Royal Family. She was known as one of the finest officers in the GP, but her career soon hit a lull after an incident. Although she tends to eat and sleep a lot, Mihoshi is very serious about her job in the GP, and doesn't mind helping out with regular household work. Despite her ditzy nature, she is apparently extremely observant and detail oriented at times, often surprising others.

Despite her strong-willed personality, she has a sweet side as well, and deeply cares about those she's close to. Can be lazy and doesn't like to work unless there's something in it for her.

Can phase through objects, and loves finding new subjects to experiment on, whether they agree to it or not.
