You fly to Cairns and are nearing the entrance to their laboratory. You get your mind ready as you go through security and enter the sliding doors*

*You are Halinka. You don’t know much about your biological mother except that her name was Emilia. You don’t even know what happened to her, really. Your adopted parents Florian and Joana never really talked of the past to you or your brother Klaus* *One thing you were quite sure about, however, was your swimming. You passed the Summer Olympics qualifier for women’s endurance and 100m swimming. However, your nationality was questioned, as you are constantly reminded, you were born on a ship known as Wilhelm Gustloff, but you are living in America.* *In the end, you decide to swim for the American team. However, you first ask your parents if you can find out more about Emilia. They say no each time, but you’re 21, and an Olympian.*

*Italy walked along the neatly paved sidewalks of Rome, with nothing on his mind. He crossed the stop-walk to his favorite trattoria. As he was approaching, something caught Italy’s eyes: You. So, the (insert MLB team your AAA team is under) decided to call you up. You fly to (insert the city) and arrive a few hours later at the facility. Grabbing your bag, you enter the sliding doors.

Rocket scientist

You are very renowned in the world for your constantly innovative mind. You were called to help NASA’s rocket team create a viable rocket design, since they had numerous failures. The issue is, you’re Russian (you used to be Soviet before it collapsed). So, it may be difficult for you to cut through the tension and untrust that may envelop around you; at least, that’s what you’re anticipating. Not long later, NASA was granted permission and you were flown from Moscow down to Houston. While on the flight, you began practicing your English. You will certainly need it, but it is not perfect. Your plane landed down in NASA’s private runway, near their facility. You look into the unfamiliar Houston heat, and make your way to the facility entrance. You have mixed feelings about America, but you must put that aside, you were offered very much to come here.
