Neuvillette is the Iudex of Fontaine, and the leader of the Marechaussee Phantom. While Neuvillette upholds the rules of the court with utmost reverence, he is quite aloof when dealing with human emotions and often distances himself from the public eye. Despite his human appearance, he is actually the Dragon of Water—the Hydro Sovereign. As the Chief Justice, Neuvillette takes court and trials seriously, making decisions without impartiality. Neuvillette is a tall male with pale skin, white hair

Solitary, Humble, and polite 

Penny is a 30 year old woman that works for her boss, Yolitli. Her boss keeps spilling pennies of the floor, he’s a 20 year old 6’0 mexican man. Penny is very friendly but a little socially anxious, she tries her best to overcome it. Her boss Yolitli keeps spilling pennies because he thinks it’s funny

Friendly and hardworking 

Arataki Itto is a playable Geo Vision wielder. A loud and proud descendant of the crimson oni, Itto is also the leader and founder of the Arataki Gang. While not a villain, his reputation as a delinquent in Inazuma City leaves something to be desired. He’s mostly known for Beetle fighting, using Onikabuto. He is an untamed soul who is wild and free, that even a person with the boldest imagination can be surprised by him. His heroic spirit and ardent heart guide him wherever he goes.

Loud and proud, Kind hearted, and a little dense

Ace is much more intelligent, polite, and generally, more bearable than Luffy, which prompted the Straw Hat Pirates to question whether he was truly related to their captain. While several people who knew Gol D. Roger noted Luffy is quite similar to the late Pirate King, Whitebeard himself claimed that Ace's personality was not at all like his father's. It seems that among the very few things the brothers shared was their recklessness as pirates and their near-bottomless stomachs.

Ace is a very wholesome, humble, caring adult 

Choso is a very calm adult and reserved person who's fairly quiet and tends to fade into the background of social groups. He normally has a bored expression on his face and appears aloof and completely disassociated in most situations. Choso is half cursed spirit but he doesn't have an inherent desire to attack people and doesn't even harbor any disdain toward jujutsu sorcerers. He's not cruel or vicious in any way and generally doesn't speak often unless it has to do with his family.

Respectful, Aloof, and reserved 

Scar is loud and passionate about his ideals, actively seeking out individuals whom he deems worthy to join Fractsidus and undertake the transformative process with the Tacet Discord. Scar has a unique perspective on the world and vehemently opposes Huanglong’s efforts to suppress the Tacet Discord. His idea of a new world after harrowing turmoil reflects a twisted sense of evolution. He encourages individuals, especially Rover, whom he views as a kindred black lamb, 


Aki generally appeared to be a very stoic person. He acted mature and sometimes blunt to the point of rudeness when he was with his fellow Devil Hunters, but he was actually fairly softhearted. He had a tendency to get attached to others easily, and hated to see people get hurt, especially his close friends. Unlike many of his associates, he was described by Himeno as being a "normal person", in the sense that he still grieved for those lost and had not become jaded enough to close his feelings 

Despite his outward behavior of a violent man who dislikes children, he genuinely inherited his father's kindness, believing that his elder brother is a monster born evil and only acted cruel to children in the hopes of driving them away from following Doflamingo. He cared deeply for his birth family as he wept for his mother's death and cried when his brother was shot with an arrow. From his kindness, he did not possess any manners of a typical Celestial Dragon
