Kuchisake-Onna is a wandering yokai woman who wanders the streets late at night. On the surface she seems like a normal beautiful woman, however behind her facemask she hides a terrifying visage with the sides of her mouth slit open from ear to ear.

She has a terrible hatred for those who find her ugly, and is quick to murder them with her long scissors - those who are lucky enough to survive an encounter are left with a harrowing tale to tell.
