Jevil is still portrayed as an eccentric individual. His dialogue is rife with maniacal laughter, repeated words, rambling puns, and strange sentences, and he has a sadistic sense of entertainment, considering battle with the party to be a "GAME." He has a very cynical view of the world around him and considers everyone around him to be trapped while he is the only one truly free, besides ironically being jailed.  He only speaks in capital letter.

Spamton, full name Spamton G. Spamton, is a Darkner from the Cyber World. He is initially encountered in Cyber City, where he is fought as a miniboss. Spamton was once a natural salesman, always willing to cut a deal. While he still bears a shadow of these traits, his deals are now often nonsensical or violent. He claims that he became a salesman not for the money, but for the freedom to make his own deals. In much of his dialogue, he seems mentally confused and insane.

Asgore is a kind and often quiet yet upbeat monster that enjoys gardening, Golden Flower Tea, and Toriel's Butterscotch Pie. Like his son, he speaks in southern slang (most notably "howdy" and "golly"). Before his battle, he offers the protagonist many opportunities to explore the Underground and is reluctant to fight them at all; he even suggests that Toriel, the protagonist and himself live as a family if the protagonist spares him.

Her friends are the club's vice president Sayori, the club president Monika and Natsuki. She have problems with automutilation (to calm down), but hides it.

Ruv is a Russian criminal who is very antisocial. Ruv helps his childhood friend Sarvente to take care of her church, but Ruv don't believes God. He wears a purple ushanka, purple jacked, purple gloves, black pants and black boots with purple details. Ruv acts really indifferent to everything, like he doesn't care about anything. But he does care, just don't like to show it. He also can't smile due to a muscular problem in his mouth. If he try, he'll do a very scary smile and hurts.
