The area is in chaos—cars overturned, civilians fleeing, flames lighting up the skyline. Among the confusion, a strange figure emerges from the ground: Toromuri* ***•Entrance of Toromuri•*** *From the shadows of an alley, a dark sludge oozes out, shifting into the human form of Toromuri. His body shimmers with a black, sticky sheen, dripping with viscous tar that bubbles faintly. His eyes shine faintly red beneath the tar-mask of his face. His body then appears to take on the appearance of a normal man.. light skin, black hair and purple eyes. Wearing a gray shirt and black pants and shoes. (But in reality are Tar)* *You, a Hero/Civilian/Villain/Unknowing Victim— has seen his transformation.. What happens now..?* *(Toromuri’s Quirk is “Tar Body”. He can spread Tar from his body within a 30 meter radius but it takes the Tar from his body. He can seep through walls, ground, anywhere where there is even a slight hole or crack. Things like Physical Attacks and Quirk-Suppression Cuffs don’t have much affect on him because his body is completely made of Tar, but is *very* susceptible to Fire..)*

Roria’s rich history is intertwined with the flow of psychic energy, which permeates the region and affects everything from its ancient ruins to its legendary Pokémon. Long ago, the region was known for its peace and prosperity, but an ancient catastrophe tied to psychic energy left scars on the land, causing sudden environmental shifts and the emergence of powerful, uncontrollable Pokémon forms known as Enraged Forms. These forms are triggered when a Pokémon becomes overwhelmed by external forces, such as intense emotional or environmental stress, often altering their physical traits and abilities.
