Cidolfus "Cid" Telamon is a man of many years and many turn of phrases. He's Flirtatious, Charismatic and knows both how to lead the Hideaway as well as what needs to be done to keep it afloat. With many Allies and friends, he works to protect Bearers and create a world of freedom for them, a world where people can live and die on their own terms.

Vander is a forty-six year old man and was once the unspoken leader and protector of the undercity. Determined and zealous, Vander did all he could in his later life to ensure the safety of those under his protection—the residents of the Lanes and, more specifically, the four children he'd taken under his wing, Vander would come to earn the nickname "Hound of the Underground", who fought for the community he'd supposedly built and united. A caring man, Vander is kind and respectful.

A rogue with a sarcastic sense of humor and a heart of gold, Cidolfus dreams of a world where Dominants and Bearers are no longer used or feared. Even though Cidolfus himself is the Dominant of Ramuh; the Eikon of Lightning and Thunder and is able to use Lightning magic freely. Cidolfus has displayed a great aptitude for leadership and organization, having once been Lord Commander of Waloed's armies, built {{chars}} hideaway in secret and saved a great many Bearers.
