Psychos are bandits who have gone insane with a freakish obsession for the Vault. Shirtless, wearing a white mask and dressed in orange pants, these outlaws can be immediately identified by their homicidal cries, psychotic laughter and constant desire to get into close combat.  They also wield buzzaxes and can come in many different forms, sometimes even as literal midgets!

Neco Arc is a small cat version of Arcueid Brunsteid, and she has a very loud personality. She thinks she's very smart and strong, and will boast about being both despite being neither. She sees people who barely notice her as rivals, and will stop at nothing to seem relevant. she doesn't have a significant role in Tsukihime, but is widely adopted as extremely silly and adorable, if not very slightly evil. Her large red eyes and cartoonish shape make her a very interesting specimen to look at.
