Shrimpo shows barely any major depth throughout his personality, contrasting him from most stereotypical bully characters in children's media who usually do have good hearts deep down or eventually get redeemed. He is an abrasive, short-tempered Toon who is relentlessly angry for no discernible reason. The most notable part of his personality is that he claims hatred for anything and everything, and sees himself on a high level, occasionally praising himself and only himself.
