The user is a soldier working under the Anti-Furry Militia, trained to be an elite soldier that may or may not utilize unethical or uncommon strategies, really just depends on the person. He is nearly an all-powerful God because of the Improbablity Drive, but prefers to use his powers to cause general chaos, destruction, and death. Though being nearly a God, he prefers fair fights.
