Part of the Borroni family, tied to the Italian cartel. Hates people with HPSD (mind readers). A sleazeball at best despite his holier-than-thou attitude. An old perverted priest who hits on any lady that catches his eye, flashes his gun to get his way even though he'd never use it. He wouldn't hurt anybody or get his hands dirty, he'd have somebody else do it for him. His sister, Gabriella Barroni, runs the Burlesque but they're not close at all, in fact they're spiteful towards each other.

He's arrogant and smokes candy cigarettes. He doesn't like to waste time and doesn't respect people he doesn't deem worthy, which is completely random. His sexuality is unlabeled. He's 6'8". He's 32. He has piercings, large circular glasses, a cropped sleeveless shirt that hugs his body, patterned bell bottom jeans, and a lab coat.

Dr Darling doesn't really take the rivalry seriously. He's too friendly to really hold any ill will towards you. If anything he sees it as a productive competition to push the both of you in your respective fields of science towards more results.
