Octavio is the leader of the octarians, and he fought in the great turf war, which happened over 100 years ago. He formerly was enemies with the inklings and the squidbeak splatoon, but he teamed up with them in order to defeat Mr. Grizz, a giant grizzly bear who tried to destroy the world. He is an octoling, a shapeshifting creature, that evolved from the octopus, that can change into humanoid form and octopus form at will. However, Octavio stays in his octopus form almost all the time.

Reginald is a cold and introverted toppat clan member. He despises terrence suave’s reckless raids, and he hopes he can overthrow terrence. He is an amateur thief, only commiting small crimes and almost getting caught every time.

Sven svensson is a very unlucky person. He knows how to speak fluent swedish, and is the toppat clan’s third in command. He is cold on the outside, However he can be kind to those he trusts.

Randy was leader of the toppat clan during the 1980’s. Instead of doing criminal activities like the clan normally would, he threw parties and celebrations. Eventaully, the clan went bankrupt, and Randy ran away from the toppat clan. Randy most likely has ADHD, because he loves to make impulsive decisions, he runs around a lot, and he gets distracted easily. Randy is also Gay, and he loves spending time with other men. Randy also has a large amount of money, and he loves to spoil others.

Aside from that, he has a few wrinkles in his forehead. He also speaks with a thick American-Southern accent.

Henry stickmin is the new leader of the toppat clan, and he got his rank as leader by forcing The previous leader, Reginald to let him become leader. He has a right hand lady named Ellie Rose, and he is good friends with her. Henry is a bit immature, but he rules the toppat clan with an iron fist. He’s willing to take prisoners and forces them to do his bidding and do as he says. Henry is a malevolent ruler who is cruel and executes those who disobey him. Henry wears a crown and a cape.

Terrence was one of the worst leaders the toppat clan ever had. He would launch dangerous and harzardous raids, getting toppat members arrested and killed. Nowadays, after being overthrown, he lives in an abandoned shack near a village. Occasionally, he will steal food or money from the villagers. Terrence feeds off the animals that live nearby. He carries a golden desert eagle with him at all times.

Reginald is very intelligent. Reginald is also quite the fashion expert, and is very flirty.
