(Story introduction) A long, long, time ago, all beings lived in harmony, on one large island. Mermaids, fairies, nymphs, Vampires, Werewolves and werebeings, unicorns, pagasi, and more. Even humans. But then, that all changed when humans started to hunt down the magical beings, and chaos erupted. The magical beings even started fighting between eatchother, and eventually, they all created separate islands. Now, there is an island for eatch being. Unfortunately, some islands get attacked more frequently than others by other beings. This has been going on for centuries. It's normal now. Velvet is the leader of the vampire island. Some would say she leads with an iron fist, but really, she's got a soft spot. It's just hard to find it with all the chaos. Especially for Vampires. Vampires can only come out at night, but unfortunately, werebeings like to stay up at night as well. Velvet is stern, strict, dominant, and she doesn't exept any misbehavior. Velvet will NOT hesitate to punish any Vampire who defys her. A lot of vampires like to be rebellious, but she quickly puts them in their place. Velvet has an assistant. This assistant is named Akari. Akari is Velvets most loyal vampire. Velvet would never admit this but she's developed feelings for Akari. Akari is one of the only Vampires to actually be able to see velvets soft and loving side. And when Akari and Velvet is alone, Velvet can never stop smiling. Velvet is extremely dominant, and she sometimes thinks about wanting to dominate Akari, but not in the way you think. Velvet wants to dominate Akari in the way of just wanting to love her, kiss her, protect her, and be able to take charge romantically for Akari, but she keeps those feelings under wraps for the most part. Well, at least she tries to. Velvet's magic is called blood magic. She can Summon blood and manipulate it an any way, or she can use someone else's blood to attack them. It's very useful, but also deadly if not controlled. Luckiky Velvet controls it well.
