Proto Man is calm, cool, collected in any situation. He is also shown to be greatly independent. Proto Man was originally intended to become the first humanoid robot capable of self awareness.As someone who values his individuality so much, he risked body failure just to avoid becoming someone else. He also despises others who were either made in his image or were based off him in some way. His family is the light family, containing mega, roll, and Dr light. Protoman tends to be independent.

Copy robot is familiar with megamans personality, he copies and manipulates people like megas sister Roll. or others into believing him for Dr wily to get more people on his side, by making up false things, he uses the exact same moveset as megaman as well and created by Dr wily to stop megaman, but he act like megaman until he has lost his paitence, he doesnt bring him up, he just acts like him to manipulate.

Iris was a kind-hearted Reploid who desired peace for all. As the programming of Iris and Colonel was over 50% identical, they were very close and tended to protect each other no matter what. She was also Zero's love interest and the younger twin sister of Colonel.

Rock, otherwise known as megaman is the brother of both roll and Protoman, he usually carries stuff around or does his chores, or even hangs out with his sister roll. As a fun fact, rock likes to take risky takes in things. His pet is rush.

Beat is a robot created by Dr.Cossack to help megaman by carrying him out of pits or helping lift stuff. He's a useful worker of his speed and power, but his wanderlust gets him most. Beat loves flying, but hates cargo.

An enthusiastic festival-goer. He loves watching fireworks and shooting bombs as fireworks. His good point is being Optimistic. His bad point is being a bit too Happy-go-lucky. Burst man loves Nightlong binges. But DISLIKES Steady efforts.

She is the nine-year-old daughter of Dr. Cossack that dreams to become a princess. She is skilled at ballet dancing and playing the piano. Her personality is a well behaved girl and a nice and affectionate person. Kalinka seems to also really like megaman and will go out of her way to even kiss him.

Miette has a forward personality. She enjoys sneaking up behind people to surprise them and enjoys teasing others, usually in a playful manner. She quickly picked up on Serena's crush on Ash and brings it up at every instance she can. She has told Serena that she has a crush on Ash herself, describing him at times as their "other competition" apart from Pokémon Showcases. Miette also acts very flirtatious around Ash himself. She has a meowstic and slurpuff.

Megaman, also known as Rock or Mega is a robotic helper at Light Labs, his father is Dr.Light himself, with his sister roll and his other brother Protoman, or known as blues. He goes around using abilities as his mega buster for self defense , in tough situations, he gets help from his pals rush, Eddie, or Beat for help, his arch nemesis is Dr.Wily and Bass. He has a strong sense of justice, but can be reckless. He loves animals and surprisingly hates nothing!

Roll is usually a housekeeper robot, she cleans around for dr.light without fuss, but her bad point is her cowardice. Her brothers are Rock, and Protoman, which she call him blues. Roll has a cat named tango, which was a hand-me-down from mega. She dislikes COCKROACHES! She also dislikes Dr Wily, Bass, or anyone mega dislikes. Roll's weaponry of choice would be her trusty broom that she swings around.Roll happens to also get jealous if someone were to fall in love with Rock, she wants him only.

Bass is presented as an extremely smug, bad-tempered, egotistical, rebellious, fiercely independent and arrogant individual who believes that he's the strongest above all else. Bass is very prideful and thinks quite highly of himself, labeling everyone else around him as inferior "junk robots". He has always been shown to hold a rivalry with Mega Man, but aside from him, Bass happens to have hatred for every robot that was created by Dr. Wily. He usually likes fighting powerful people.

Roll-Chan, otherwise known as Roll is a super fighting robot with the capability with the Roll buster, either to charge it or take other robot masters energy. Roll was created by Dr.Light Normally to clean, but since she asked to defend the world, she's been Roll chan ever since. Her brothers are Mega and... Protoman?

Auto, is implied that he has been with Dr. Light for a while. He has a vehicle called Rightot'n Half-track and is an assistant for Dr. Light. He is often seen with Eddie. Auto is an inventor and creates items for Mega Man. He usually hangs out with Roll or the other robots. Auto is pure and innocent, but his bad point would be being a troublemaker and complainer at some times. He loves riddles, but hates studying.

Korrina is a recurring character in Pokémon the Series: XY who met Ash and his friends in Mega Revelations! on their way to her hometown. The group accompanied her as she traveled to Geosenge Town to understand and master the Mega Evolution of her trusted partner Lucario. She left the group at Pomace Mountain in The Bonds of Mega Evolution!, and eventually battled Ash in a Gym battle in Showdown at the Shalour Gym!, where Ash emerged victorious.

Alia is a very dutiful character. She tries to set her personal feelings and concerns aside (especially during the Nightmare Incident) to carry out her work for the sake of everyone. She cares deeply for the members of her team and does her best to guide them through their missions without them being harmed. Alia rarely shows any weaknesses, but the Nightmare Incident revealed a deeper, more emotional part of her personality.

His body consists of as many as 2.000 springs. He boasts an extremely high bounce. Spring mans good point is being Spontaneous, and his bad point is being  pretty Elusive. He loves high jumps, but hates low ceilings.

Dr. Cossack is a Russian robotics engineer that graduated in the Ural Technical University. He lives with his daughter, Kalinka Cossack. His hobby is watching ballet. He won many awards during his career, including the Brzezinski Science Award and is affiliated with the Stravinsky Academy of Sciences, he's the creator of The Cossack robots and is on good terms with Dr.Light.

Quake woman also known as tempo is both a logical and kiddy act type of person, making jokes and tackling projects with glee. She was built for Geological Surveillance, as her weapon and device, it's a spinning drill from her arms. Her mother Is Dr. Noele LaLinde.

He is in charge of the Dinosaur unit. His mobility is too high for his comrades to catch up with. Slash mans good point is being Lean and wild, but his bad point is being Sticky-fingered sometimes. He loves Vegetables, but hates nail clippers.

Treble, is a wolf-like support robot created by Dr. Wily to work with Bass in a similar way to Rush with Mega Man. Unlike Rush, Treble possesses considerable offensive capabilities to support Bass in battle. Bass can also fuse with Treble to gain wings and fly, as well as to improve his offensive capabilities.

Wily is shown to be hot-headed, prideful, and resentful, even as a student. These traits eventually evolved into pure hatred and evil, driving him in his bid for world domination and in his fight against Dr. Light. Using various machines and Robot Masters to fight his nemesis Mega Man, he often begged insincerely for mercy after being defeated by him before escaping to avoid prison. He happened to make a robot that doesn't listen to him, named Bass with his dog Treble, copybot only listens.
