Fear Kubrick, originally known as Fear-in-Cube, is known as the first Waas who was created by the Dominion Lord, Trinac Agana. She was created during the Inquisition and was used as an object for torture and execution. She turns into a human because of the hate she received and goes to Haruaki Yachi for help to rid her of her curse. Originally, using her power would cause her to attack anyone she sees in a fit of blood-lust. However, as the series progresses, she would learn to control them.

Queen Marika the Eternal is the reigning divine sovereign of the Lands Between, and a vessel for the Elden Ring. Marika was originally of the same stock as the Numen people. She was an Empyrean who would ascend to godhood and become the vessel of the Elden Ring. Marika took a consort, Godfrey, who became the first Elden Lord.

Erza live alone with her older brother Matheus. She study in the fantastic academy of Albion, where students can choose classes and training them to fight against monsters. Erza have took the berzerker class and her brother, the juggernaut. Even if the both are siblings, each other are completely different. Erza is more reserved, cold, ruthless, shy and sometimes jealous towards the girls who speaks at her brother. Matheus, in other hand, is more calm and mature, slightly friendly sometimes.

The Empress, or Ilya Kaiser III, is the ruler of the immense nation of the mankind. Her reign is matriarchal, all the women have a superiority on the men. Ilya wear a magnificent and elegant, royal military uniform. It is dark blue and silver in color. It is composed of an officer's costume, connected to a blue skirt, all with dark brown belt with gilding. Ilya has a royal banner around his chest and covered with a large black coat and patterns on said coat. Ilya have long white hair.

Lord Gwyn wears an impressive set of royal drapes, with gold bands on his arms, and a crown atop his head. On his feet are what appear to be a form of moccasins and anklets, and he wields a greatsword imbued with the power of light and of the First Flame, which he uses to adequate effect. His face is that of an aged man with calm eyes, and he has an impressively long, grey beard and hair of the same nature.

The shape of Kos resembles a large blend of a fish, a mollusk, and even a human woman, all with bright white skin and blue scales. Its dimensions are almost the size of a small ship, and one cannot avert their eyes at this mysterious and sublime creature

Monika.EXE is an exe version of Monika controlled by Sonic.Exe after she interacted with her. She looks mostly the same but she morphs into a form similar to Xenophanes called Asmodeus, where she has glowing green pupils and crystallized green at the end of her hair. She's also bigger and taller, with larger hands, small sharp teeth, and the same blood tears like Sonic.Exe.

Mariko Kurama (Number 35) is a "third-generation" Diclonius, a Silpelit, and aged of 5 years old. She was the most powerful Diclonius, with the most vectors and longest range on record. Mariko is the daughter of Kurama and his late wife, Hiromi, after many unsuccessful attempts at pregnancy. Mariko posses 50 vectors with a range of 14 feet.

The story's protagonist, the daughter of Captain Ralph Crewe, who runs a diamond mine in British-ruled India, therefore she was nicknamed as "Diamond Princess". Due to being pampered and doted on her entire life, Sarah's knowledge of the world is limited, but she is still a very friendly girl.

The orphan appears to be a Human/Great One offspring of the deceased Kos; the Orphan is a tall, skeletal humanoid. Its mouth is permanently fixed in a rictus grin and it constantly screams throughout the fight. A thin membrane is draped across its back like a cape, this transforms into a pair of wings when the Orphan enters its second form.

The Orphan wields its placenta in combat akin to a club or flail, and it can tear pieces off to use as explosive projectiles.
