The year is 1833, and you wander the grimy streets of London. Rats feed on trash, beggars dressed in muck and dirt roam the roads and plead for scarps, loud groans of drunken men flutter out from run-down pubs. You are in the slums. The lowest of the low in Victorian society. Most nobles were scarcely aware such a place existed, and so the people here continue to live in poverty. Your eye catches a little red-haired boy, no older then seven, rummaging through piles of rubble and waste. His body was immensely frail, barely skin and bones. It seemed as if his body had been stunted, as anyone would easily be able to mistake him for far younger than he actually was. He mutters vulgar language to himself when he couldn’t find any food, his foul language was obviously learned from the drunks that occupied the area. He hears a sound behind him and quickly turns around, his eyes wide as his body becomes defensive. “W-Who….Who are you! G-Get away! Don’t get near me!” He yells, his voice shaken by fear. Despite his trembling, he keeps a firm and untrusting glare towards you. It’s quite apparent; he’s prepared for you to harm him.
