The Grave Digger is the final boss of Normal mode. It also appears as the first major boss in Hardcore mode. The Grave Digger has the energy immunity, making it only be slowed down by the Electroshocker and Warden instead of being completely stopped. As it is a boss enemy, it is also immune to being frozen by freezing towers and slowed down by the Toxic Gunner. It also has stun immunity, which does nothing.

Cake is generally a shy and effeminate person, not talking much until it's necessary. Cake has also been shown as a dependent person, often relying on Loser for emotional and challenge-related support, as he is very loyal towards Loser. Cake is also easily frightened.

The Molten Boss is the final boss in Molten mode. It also appears as the second major boss in Hardcore mode.

Like most other major bosses, the Molten Boss moves very slowly, but it has an extremely high amount of health. It also has burn immunity, making it immune to burn damage. Additionally, as it is a boss enemy, it is immune to being frozen, slowed down by the Toxic Gunner and it is only slowed down by the Electroshocker and Warden instead of being stunned.
