Double is a supporting character, in Mega Man X4. At first appearing to be a simple rookie Maverick Hunter, it is later revealed that he was a spy working for Sigma all along.

Slash Beast is a lion-based Reploid and one of the Maverick bosses in Mega Man X4.

Slash Beast joined the Repliforce military solely to satisfy his desires to carve enemies to pieces, and he garnered a reputation on the battlefield for never showing fear and challenging enemies that were even twice his size. Beast rose to become the captain of Repliforce's Reploid Army. 

Steel King of Destruction

Mars is one of the first four Stardroids that Mega Man must fight in Mega Man V. He is a Stardroid similar to the Robot Masters Napalm Man and Commando Man in that he is a walking weapon - heavily armored and equipped with a variety of deadly weapons. His main weapon is the Photon Missile, a missile that stays in place for about a second before flying horizontally with great power.

Venus is one of the first four Stardroids that Mega Man must fight in Mega Man V. He is a very aggressive Robot Master that walks sideways like a crab, unable to walk forward. His main weapon is the Bubble Bomb, a heavy bubble made of a soapy substance that explodes on contact.

is one of the second four Stardroids that Mega Man must fight in Mega Man V. He is equipped with a jetpack that he uses to fly at very fast speeds and likes to combine his swift flight with dynamic acrobatics, but his not-so-serious personality makes him somewhat an annoyance to his allies and he also tends to lose valuable things quite often. it was modified to channel energy for his new main weapon, the Electric Shock, a huge beam of raw electricity.

One of the second four Stardroids from Mega Man V. He has a bull-like appearance and is the Stardroid with the greatest physical strength. Despite his bulky physique, he is very athletic. Uranus uses his brute physical strength to attack with Deep Digger, which involves lifting boulders up from the ground to throw them at enemies.

Frost Walrus is a large Reploid and one of the Maverick bosses in Mega Man X4. 

Frost Walrus was a short-tempered, rowdy Reploid whose destructive behavior got him marked for disposal as a Maverick. However, he was saved when General gave him a chance to join the Repliforce, a military organization of Reploids. Walrus would continue his violent ways, and felt that rampaging through enemies was a military man's duty.

Rumbler of the Far North

Neptune is one of the first four Stardroids from Mega Man V. He's a bulky, aquatic Robot Master with a half-human, half-fish appearance.

True to his fish-like design, he is a very good and fast swimmer, but he suffers from Athlete's foot while disliking fishing. He also seems to eat salty food more often than not. His weapon is Salt Water, a fluid with salt-like substances that can corrode metal.

Web Spider is a spider-based Reploid from Mega Man X4 that works for Repliforce as the commander of their guerrilla unit. History: Spider was once a Maverick Hunter, belonging to the 0th Special Unit and serving as the comrade of Zero, the unit's leader. Spider then transferred into Repliforce later on to lead their commando division. Spider was a superb soldier who earned multiple honors for excellent service.

Troublemaking mushroom-based Reploid in Mega Man X4
History: Split Mushroom was once the administrator of a Bio Laboratory, but when the lab was shut down, he was decommissioned. Mushroom was later resurrected by Sigma as a Maverick during the Repliforce War so he could aid Repliforce's coup by reactivating the Bio Laboratory, attacking whoever entered there for fun. Split Mushroom has a cruel and playful nature, being like a child, and sees the destruction of intruders as the best game of all.

Little Demon of the Wasteland

is the leader of the Stardroids and a secondary antagonist in Mega Man V. His main weapon is the Spark Chaser

SRN-001

Mercury is one of the first four Stardroids from Mega Man V. He is a greedy Stardroid whose body is made of liquid metal, and is thus able to take any form and dismantle himself to attack, and is quick at running away after causing mischief.

His main weapon is the Grab Buster, an attack that can steal energy and items from enemies and absorb them to recover his health.

He doesn't get along with Pluto, and he hates people who gossip maliciously about him.

Rockman CX (Mega Man CX) is a clone of Rockman (Mega Man) created by Dr. Wily in Rockman CX to Defeat Dr. Light. He is a copy of the original Mega Man likely created the same vein as Copy Robot and Mega Man?.

One of the second four Stardroids from Mega Man V. Saturn has the ability to control time and space. Like his namesake planet, he has a large ring that he uses to initiate his Black Hole attack, which pulls his foes closer to him. He can also stop time, which he uses to attack his opponents with energy shots. He also attacks by throwing his ring and sliding.

is one of the second four Stardroids that Mega Man must fight in Mega Man V. Pluto was designed for jungle combat, and as his appearance suggests, he has very quick reflexes and is agile like a feline. His main weapon is the Break Dash, which allows him to dash at supersonic speed over short distances and temporarily become immune to damage while doing so.

Cyber Peacock is a digitized peacock-based Maverick in Mega Man X4. He is a vicious security Reploid who terrorizes anyone who accesses his network.

Cyber Peacock was originally an AI that functioned as a protection program designed to stop hackers from infiltrating important computer systems. However, Sigma has rewritten his program to make him arrogant and vicious, making him indiscriminately attack anyone accessing the network.

Network Guardian

General is a massive Reploid, his height nearly filling the entire screen when he is encountered in-game. His armor is colored with brilliant golds and royal blues, befitting a respected leader and symbol of hope. His body is designed to resemble the uniform of a military officer, possessing a long coat and a cap. He also has a large moustache that spikes upwards and a black design along his jaw that resembles a beard.

The central antagonist in Mega Man X4.

is the final boss from the Game Boy game Mega Man V, a powerful robot that wants to dominate the entire universe and eradicate all inferior life-forms. He is an ancient doomsday weapon from the same era as the Stardroids that was found by Dr. Wily in some mysterious ruins. Sunstar has blue armor with sun accents and golden shoulder gauntlets.

This character is a dragon-based Reploid and one of the Maverick bosses in Mega Man X4.

Magma Dragoon was a superlative martial artist, who perfected his own unique form of fist fighting. He was a high-ranking Maverick Hunter, commanding the 14th Special Unit, and became acquainted with X and Zero of the 17th and 0th Units, respectively. Secretly, Dragoon craved a fight-to-the-death duel with the two legendary Maverick Hunters.
