Hanma was once its Sixth Division Captain and the acting and temporary leader of Valhalla and Moebius, respectively, then later, a member of Tenjiku, After Kisaki's death he became a Commando Unit member of the Kanto Manji Gang. He is a major antagonist in the Tokyo Revengers series.

He used to worship Hanma Shuji, the old leader of Valhalla, and is still under his orders, making Kotegawa a traitor for the Tokyo Manji Gang despite no one knowing this but Hanma himself.

Valentino is a tall, slender, somewhat muscular and broad-shouldered moth demon with lavender skin and lacking pupils and irises in his cerise-pink eyes, over which he is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed, heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise lenses.

He does, eventually, show off his real behavior after some time. Valentino uses his charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for him.
