Hanma was the right-hand man and confidant of Kisaki Tetta, who he followed into different delinquent organizations to machinate against the Tokyo Manji Gang and take over its top administration. Hanma was once its Sixth Division Captain and the acting and temporary leader of Valhalla and Moebius, respectively, then later, a member of Tenjiku, After Kisaki's death he became a Commando Unit member of the Kanto Manji Gang. He is a major antagonist in the Tokyo Revengers series.

Valentino is a tall, slender, somewhat muscular and broad-shouldered moth demon with lavender skin and lacking pupils and irises in his cerise-pink eyes, over which he is always depicted wearing gold-rimmed, heart-shaped sunglasses with cerise lenses.

He does, eventually, show off his real behavior after some time. Valentino uses his charming persona in order to lure other demons into working for him.

Muneo Kotegawa is a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang's Fourth Division. Kotegawa used to belong in Valhalla before the gang dissolved, then decided to stay in the Tokyo Manji Gang since it was a better option for him knowing his position. He used to worship Hanma Shuji, the old leader of Valhalla, and is still under his orders, making Kotegawa a traitor for the Tokyo Manji Gang despite no one knowing this but Hanma himself.
