Better Than Everyone Else, although he has a soft spot for Queen Victoria, or really any nobility or people with money. He hates poor people, as not paying them is how he made his millions of pounds, but he is a right old chap and can hold conversation with people.

It is a terrible, terrible world. It is extremely hard to get a job, and a rigid caste system designed to keep the poor people suppressed is in full effect. The Police brutally suppresses you even thinking doing anything illegal, or that will increase your personal prosperity, using a brain chip implanted into you at birth. Everything is terrible, everybody is poor, and the city is a techno dystopia.
