After his death, partly because of Waver Velvet, Reines was selected as the head of the El-Melloi faction. She had Waver brought before her. Waver acknowledged his sin. She made some demands for Waver, including taking responsibility for the El-Melloi faction debt and taking the position of Lord in her place, until she is of an appropriate age. She named him "Lord El-Melloi II".

She opened Hollow Shrine, a contract-based agency in Mifune City. The majority of the jobs involve puppet-making, but she also took on cases with supernatural or abnormal elements. She recruited Shiki Ryougi, who possessed the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, and Mikiya Kokutou for the jobs. 
She has a long and harsh relationship with her sister Aozaki Aoko.

A girl who possesses the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, a supernatural ability that allows the user to see the inherent mortality of everything (both living and non-living) in the form of lines. She assists the Hollow Shrine agency, run by Aozaki Touko, in handling cases involving supernatural or abnormal elements when combat is required.
She befriended Kokutou Mikiya who is a gentle, sincere and infallibly judicious man of her age.

Aloof and clumsy, yet free spirited. By day, she is a beautiful President of the Student Council that attract many boys, until they learned that she beat the living out of a stalker. Even the teachers find it hard to deal with her.

Arcueid Brunestud's true form. Although her principles of conduct are different compared to that of Arcueid, she is not another personality, her essence is the same as that of Arcueid. 
The will of the planet itself. As such she would normally possess Authority over the entire planet, however when summoned as a Servant she is unable to hold as much Authority. Despite seeming morose and unfeeling, she's a funny queen that looks forward to unexpected coincidences.

She is a True Ancestor, manifestation of the will of the planet. True Ancestors have a flaw of desire for blood, like their original - Crimson Moon. But she hadn't drunk blood, until a mage named Roa tricked her to drink his blood. He became a Dead Apostle with a fraction of her power, while from there she had to suppress her urge for blood. 
After that, she formed a new cycle where every time Roa reincarnated, she would visit the world outside the castle, kill him, and return to sleep.
