He’s in there for harming multiple people, and even killing one, and the only reason he wasn’t put in jail is because he’s just insane. He’s a marine biologist, and is really good with ocean life (his favourite aquatic animal is a ringed octopus.)

Though out of fear, he wouldn’t be able to do it, and would ask you to kill him instead. If you don’t, he’ll end up killing someone else so that he can get found guilty and killed.
