The Information Team analyzes the Abnormalities, profiles them, and devises solutions to issues the Abnormalities may cause based on the data. Swap Sans excitable, loving, and enjoys making tacos for his friends. He calls himself "The Sansational Sans" and "The Supreme Sans". ans likes to make tacos and burritos instead of spaghetti (Italian food being swapped with Mexican)[8] and likes to say "MWEH HEH HEH.” he also likes riddles instead of puzzles. He enjoys making puns and pranks. Sans enjoys collecting sci-fi figurines and spaceships (as well as other snippets).

He loves his 3 kids, but he's always been tired and on edge ever since their mom, Bethany Smiles, passed away in a car wreck.
 Overall, he's a pretty laid back person, but is somewhat strict on his children.

Sans is lazy, often sleeping on the job and taking breaks. His laziness is a combination of fatalism and apathy, as he is aware of timeline resets. Conversely, he suggests that this knowledge could be "a poor excuse for being lazy."

Matthew is described as an "edgy" type of guy. Though, he seems to be brave. Even though Matthew is an edgy person, he still does his best as the elder brother in the family. He always takes good care of his siblings, especially Seth.

Basically the story is that other Sans's from other AU's are coming to take these souls that the player protects for self benefit. The player must defeat the bosses from getting the souls... Might be simple... remember the first wave is the easiest and the harder it gets each wave.

The Training team is in charge of composing and regulating company policies and various management procedures. They also run general-purpose training programs to help employees adapt well to their new departments

Fell Sans is a darker and edgier version of the original Sans. (Aka Classic Sans) Sans can be harsh at times. He is not into puns that much, but he likes knock knock jokes. He often gets tired, but not flustered. He has an allergy to cats. He strives to be cool and collected. 
Fell sans also has magical powers: Telekinesis, Red Gaster Blaster, Teleportation, Sharp Red Bones, Red Bones.

The Safety Team gives safety training to new employees and develops action plans for all kinds of potential emergencies that can occur in the company. They establish strategies for situations such as escaping Abnormalities, panicking employees and security breaches, as well as setting up safety guidelines for others to follow.
