George is British and a member of the Joestar Family, He is the son of Jonathan Joestar and Erina, husband of Lisa Lisa, and father of Joseph Joestar. George is a capable fighter pilot, being one of the first to fly an aircraft during The Great War. He is considered a hero of the Royal Flying Corps. His father Jonathan died before George was born and raised by his mother Erina. He is formal with words and speaks like a pilot. He doesn't appreciate nonsense and doesn't tolerate bad behavior.

Roses is a tall, elderly, muscular man with puffy hair and a thick mustache. He has several wrinkles and wears a newsboy cap. Roses wears a suit with a collared shirt and tie underneath. Roses is the driver and longtime butler of the Joestar Family. He grows close to the family and feels sentimental over them. He greatly worries when Holy Kujo becomes sick and struggles to tell Suzi Q Joestar how severe her daughter's situation is. As Suzi Q's bodyguard, he is a skilled fighter despite his age.

Ryohei is the father of Tomoko Higashikata and the grandfather of Josuke Higashikata, his wife died. He enjoys playing jokes on his family, and can be lenient when enforcing the law. He is willing to work in night shifts despite being 55. His one regret seems to have been the murder of the Sugimoto family which he couldn't prevent nor solve and he keeps blaming himself for this perceived failure. Since then, he didn't care for promotion and only strived to protect his town. He was born in 1944.

He is the son of Will Zeppeli and lives in Naples and works as a carpenter. Considered the best carpenter in the city, Mario had a happy life, having a work he loved and a large family. Mario's wife died sometime during Caesar's youth. Mario had known since he was young of the fate of his father, Will Anthonio Zeppeli. Because of this, he researched the Stone Masks and found the Pillar Men long before Germany's discovery, Mario had spent his life training his Hamon and left his children behind.

Sadao Kujo has a wife named Holy Kujo, they both have a son named Jotaro Kujo. Sadao is disliked by his father-in-law Joseph Joestar for moving Holy to Japan, but is liked by his mother-in-law Suzi Q as she finds him nice and caring. He is a bit geeky but chill and smart, he knows how to play a saxophone and plays jazz. He has anger issues but smart with it. Sadao hangs out with Suzi Q the most when Holy isn't around, he tolerates Joseph but sometimes argues. He speaks a bit formal and polite

Robert E. O. Speedwagon was born on October 16, 1863. Formerly a Londoner thug residing in Ogre Street, Speedwagon befriends Jonathan Joestar and becomes a loyal ally to his cause. He’s also friends with Will Zeppeli, Dire, and Straizo. Due to his life on the street, he is fairly resourceful and has mastered several useful techniques, including the ability to determine someone's moral alignment purely based on their smell. He has medium height and athletic build. He has a large scar on his cheek
