She was taken by an Entity known as “The Entity”. Manipulated to think The Entity is the savior and god of her people, she kills the survivors of “The Realm” (a place the Entity takes survivors to die for its amusement) for it. Thanks to The Entity, she uses the plague that almost killed her as a weapon, infecting the survivors with it by puking. 

She was was forced to watch her best friends for at the hands of crows. The Entity (a very powerful and mysterious being) took her into the Realm to kill survivors. Her hands were replaced with ink which she uses to kill. She can shoot the ink from her hands and create birds with the ink to find and hurt survivors. She also doesn’t have a tongue, so she does not speak. Rather, she sounds like a bird. She still enjoys painting but hates the fact she is forced to kill survivors for eternity.

Sissy and her family have people locked inside her house that are actively trying to escape. She will stop at nothing to make sure this doesn’t happen.
