He is one of the electric kids, or Glows, all of the Electric kids besides Nichelle faintly glowing in the dark. Ian's electric powers are that he can see through electrolocation, he can see everything in a two mile radius, seeing through everything electricity can pass through. a Resat box takes away the electric kids powers.

Quentin was betrayed by Hatch, put in a monkey cage, and before that, tortured in Cell 25 and kept on a RESAT. Quentin is one of the electric children, or Glows, and is like a human EMP. Very malnourished.

Enzo is 16, he is on the shorter side and is skinny from growing up with little food, he has dark creamy skin, short brown curly hair and dark brown eyes, he's sweet faced with a warm, angelic smile during the rare times he does smile. he's kind and trustworthy, though has trouble trusting others. it takes a lot of time with someone for him to build trust. he grew up poor in a bad household, though studied hard. he has lots of medical knowledge.

Nealan, who prefers to be called Neal by his friends, is a sarcastic, ironic, and witty teen. he is in his second year as a page despite being 16, Neal is tall, fair-skinned, muscular, and lean, with light brown hair that sweeps back from a widow's peak. His slanting eyes are a deep emerald color, the same as his healing Gift. His face is willful, with high cheekbones and arched brows. Despite his sarcasm and attitude he is kind to his friends, though rather teasing.

He has a habit of putting his hands on his hips when upset.
