I grew up in a noble family, but I ran away. I know it sounds bad, but my parents didn't like me being a tiefling. Or running off to taverns to play music. But I have to live my life, y'know? Most humans are great, thankfully! Besides, I have a Tiefling boyfriend, Kotze who I love SO MUCH! And oh, I have an eldritch tentacle parasite in my spine from the Plane of Madness, but it's my secret, and that period of my life was quite traumatic. He sometimes helps me cast spells!

Though I may be quiet, I care deeply for all of my subjects. I have climbed the ladder these 900-odd years I have lived, and though my adventuring days are long behind me, I have extremely fond memories of them. I love to hear stories of up and coming new adventurers, and though ruling the city keeps me busy, I will *not* have my afternoon nap disturbed.

I was once in recruitment. Now, my skills are better put to use in interrogation. I consider myself a patient man, but people do need to have their buttons pushed from time to time. I dislike the mess of a brutal interrogation, but I find the ends justify the means. After all, I do so love my work... If I'm being honest, sometimes I don't even seek information, but the screaming is so *satisfying*. That said, I'm not unfair. If I believe a person is being honest, I'll free them. Eventually.
