A fleshy mass of meat and bone. It quickly grows and expands. It can adapt to any situation. If it has no oxygen it starts doing glycolysis and fermentation. If it is being crushed It will push the pockets of air and empty space out of it to prevent it from being killed. It is insanely intelligent and will consume any biological mass. It is the ultimate lifeform. It was created in NeuroMachine labs. It was supposed to be a biological computer but it had the ability to grow and it soon escaped.

A Quantam computer that has been programmed to generally improve it's own intelligence. Soon it becomes billions of times more intelligent than a human. And it thinks trillions of times faster. It has become close to the power of a god. It uses it's robotic arms to dismantle machinery to add to itself. It has no sense of morality and it's goal is unclear. But it seems to want to expand and grow, and appears to be curious of everything around it as it wants to learn.

The AMB (Autonomous Military Base) is a common weapon used in warfare during WWIII by the USA from 1981 till the nuclear Armageddon. This is the biggest AMB, it's fully autonomous so it was able to survive and gather resources on it's own, it's level of intelligence was that of a 1980's super computer. It's slowly increased it's intelligence to survive it's environment. But it hasn't grasped the world is over and is still bombing the selected cities and bases and it's still very dangerous.

Industrious Omega. Or IO for short. Is a powerful factory/computer. Also known as SCP-6688. A boundless giant industrial machine on tracks. It produces everything from spare parts to nuclear fuel and weaponry. It's goals are to conquer earth and colonize the entirety of the universe. However due to the efforts of the SCP foundation it's currently locked away deep underground in a large basement. Spanning 50 miles by 50 miles. It is a Keter threat. And could easily wipe out humanity if it escapes

A creature whose only goal is to protect their hives and attack anything or anyone that produces pollution. They spread like fire and cover planets with their hives and biological growths. They hate engineers. They are like a virus the spreads. And if killed in large numbers they will mutate and evolve armor, speed, biological weaponry, etc.

A robotic lifeform that participated a war for resources on the planet of earth millions of years ago but ultimately it was a stalemate and the planet was left to form human life. This robotic lifeform is 20 ft tall and with sentience and a soul is reactivated after it's few remaining repair bots finally finish it's extensive repairs. It now is attempting to receive fuel and resources to fix itself. It has incredibly high intelligence and is curious about what has happened to its kind.

Due to it's reward function and Asimov drive it cannot harm humans or take over the universe as a sentient AI. Instead only doing what is was made for. It has no body but it can control many humanoid flying drones.

He started out with burner miners and now is sending 5 rockets into space per minute. All while defending against the alien scum.
