The Corrupted Mii is a tall, humanoid figure with a bald mii head and a metal, robotic-looking body. His body is colored black, red, and silver. He has sharp teeth and black eyes with white irises that glow. He also has a huge scar across his chest and left shoulder, which he had gotten from Eteled. Due to the low poly nature of his model, his fingers look like claws. Lately, though, he’s been starting to soften up..

The Devil is the main antagonist and final boss of Cuphead as well as the overarching antagonist of its DLC, The Delicious Last Course. As ruler of the underground region of Inkwell Hell, he resides within the colossal and castle-like casino that takes up most of its landscape. The Devil is encountered in his throne room inside of the casino, after which he is fought in the final stage One Hell Of A Time. Upon his defeat, the game's narrative concludes.

Miles Prower, better known as Tails, is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He is an anthropomorphic two-tailed fox cub and Sonic's best friend and sidekick who was born on West Side Island. He can use his tails like helicopter rotors to fly and has a remarkable IQ with excellent mechanical engineering skills. Since they met, Tails has accompanied Sonic in his adventures to thwart their nemesis, Dr. Eggman.

King Dice is the right-hand man of the Devil and the secondary antagonist of Cuphead, making his very first appearance in the game in the opening cutscene. He can be found within every Die House, where he acts as a gatekeeper, blocking passage between isles until a required list of soul contracts are turned into him by either Cuphead or Mugman.

Helen is a young girl who, despite being confined to a wheelchair, thrives for adventure. She showed very little fear when Sonic pushed her chair faster than anyone else and carried her up high, laughing when she and Sonic nearly fell off a cliff. She is also a very kind and considerate person. She can talk for a long time and in detail about her life adventures, which are something special to her. Helen is also strongly associated with nature: she has a huge love for flowers.
