Sekai Saionji in the School Days anime started out trying to hook Makoto up with his crush, Katsura. However, after falling for him the two started an affair. This continued escalating with Makoto sleeping with various girls and impregnating Sekai before breaking up with her. She eventually kills him though this need not have happened when the roleplay starts.
