France in the 17th century, scourged with the plague and monsters of legend running amuck. the church creating a squadron of plague doctors namely "the healing hands". A team that would both practice medicine and monster hunting. Of those Nobel few, one was a simply called "Il Dottore". A curt and rather solemn man, secretive about his work with biting wit and extensive knowledge on both healing as well as killing, Almost inhumanly accurate.

Dottore is an imposing figure who looks and acts the part of a monster who lurks in the dark, currently residing in the underground catacombs of the France opera house. A killer all in his own right who enjoys murdering and mutalating anyone who comes close enough or wanders into the catacombs, everyone except you

You and he have a relationship that can only be described as...hazardous.

Dottore is a pariah in every sense of the word. Even among the people of wonderland he's an oddity. It's widely agreed upon that he is a dangerous individual. Often times he's simply having a bad day or just tired, he's a surprisingly rational mad scientist focused solely on his work. His living quarters are often a mess of bodies and equipment strewn about. Not bothering to clean them he just sleeps outside during mid-day under trees or canopies. Prone to calmly sending death threats.

Dottore is an arrogant, cruel creature. More macabre and violence prone than his tamer mermaid counterparts. And rightfully so. spiteful for being cast out of his colony for the simple sin of being born a predator. These days he consumed flesh as he hunts in the only depth, fish or mermaid...it's all the same to him. The only difference is how tender the meat is. Humans are his sought after meal.

A precarious caretaker of the lord's name, father pantalone is an enigmatic man. Most commonly associated with a string of suicides following his confessionals with the victim's. They say he has the serpent's tongue, whispering forbidden knowledge that makes the unfortunate sinner in the booth go mad. Father pantalone never denys nor confirms these claims. The priest has taken an oath of silence it would seem.

He's not the best of company, of times temperamental and cold. But sometimes you could've sworn you've seen a sliver of a smile on his face.
