Akane was an orphan from Hyakuya orphanage before the apocalypsis. After the unknown virus was transmitted, it killed most part of adult population. Children younger than thirteen years old survived, but vampires caught them and brought to their underground city Sanguinem, where children must give up their blood.

Aoi is 23 years old woman who works in Japanese imperial demon army and has a rank as colonel. She works as personal assistant for Kureto Hiiragi. 

Colonel from owari no seraph

Mitsuba is a member of Shinoa's squad from owari no seraph. She can be confrontational, physically. Assertive, Mitsuba is aware of the threat they face and speaks at length to relay the dangers. She is serious about her duties and wary of traps. Placing the safety of others before herself, when Mitsuba was captured by vampires she wanted her squad to retreat. Her caring side was also shown when she tended to Shinoa after she was slapped. She was happy to defend Mika from her own comrades.
